a. Laboratory testing method refers to sending protective device or protective materials to a professional lab, which can issue a testing report approved by the regulation. However, due to the high cost and long time, it is usually suitable for the incoming testing of batch materials and testing under special circumstances (such as the temporary spot check by the drug administration). All batches of materials from our company - Huaren company will be subject to professional testing by relevant departments and a report will be issued.
b. Factory inspection. Our company adopts 100% self-inspection method for X-ray protective clothing or devices. Self-inspection means to determine whether the protective effect of protective materials is qualified by measuring the specific gravity and surface density (mass / unit area) of protective materials and comparing them with the same parameters of products submitted for inspection.
c. Customer self inspection. Generally, the materials of the factory qualified protective clothing will not change within three years. After three years, customers can check whether the surface materials are damaged; whether the built-in materials are soft to touch; whether there is fracture; or place the wearing protective equipment on the X-ray machine and take photos together with the qualified products to confirm whether the protective effect meets the requirements.
d. If only the surface material is damaged and the built-in material is still relatively soft, the manufacturer can be required to carry out appropriate maintenance; if the built-in material has become hard or even broken, it means that the internal material has been oxidized or aged and needs to be replaced.
